![]() TopXNotes Leopard FAQ Click to see TopXNotes in Leopard. Q: What is Leopard? Q: Is TopXNotes compatible with Leopard? Q: Are there any issues with Leopard? A: The remaining minor issues are: 1. Drag to trash will delete a Group or Note in Tiger (10.4) and Leopard (10.5), but in Leopard, the trash must be open. We expect Apple to fix this in a future Leopard upgrade. 2. Attempted editing of a new Group or Note name in the NoteOrganizer will cause the name to disappear until typing is concluded. This also can happen with an existing Group or Note name, but only if all characters in the name are deleted. Neither of the above issues affects data integrity or usability in a major way. Discussion: We are aware of minor issues only with Leopard. The latest web releases of TopXNotes, 1.3.0, are compatible with Leopard. We thoroughly tested the pre-releases of Leopard and we have now tested against the 10.5.0 release and the 10.5.1 update. The only two remaining issues we are aware of are listed above. The minor drawing issues in the NoteOrganizer in 10.5 are mostly resolved in 10.5.1. We are continuing to research these minor issue and believe they are issues with the 10.5.0 Mac OS releases and we believe from our testing that will disappear with future Mac OS updates. If any updates in TopXNotes are required for Leopard compatibility, we will make the required changes to support Leopard, and will post updates to the most current versions of the TopXNotes as we have with past Mac OS versions.
